Emily J. Giltner is a proven, respected leader with almost 35 years in the staffing industry.  Giltner was a Senior Vice President with Staffmark Group, a $1.5 billion US-based staffing firm.  Giltner has excelled at developing teams, operational processes, project management, change management, as well as automation implementation to improve the candidate, recruiter and customer experience.  Giltner has obtained her Certified Staffing Consultant and Certifies Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association.  Additional certifications include SHRM – CP and Professional in Human Resources.

 

Giltner has served as Chairman of the America Staffing Association Education and Certification Committee as well as a member of the American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Counsel.  Additionally, Giltner had the pleasure to serve on the American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Program and had the experience of celebrating two scholarship winners nationally from her team at Staffmark Group.  Giltner was awarded The 2020 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing.  Giltner has also been selected as Candidately World Staffing leaders to watch 2022.
